Welcome to Vivid Reveal 8K! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Vivid Reveal 8K provides AI-enhanced ultrasound image processing for ultrasound studios and OB/GYN clinics. Our services include 8K image enhancement and optional add-ons (such as video conversions). These services are only available to verified businesses.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access our services, you must first apply for verification. We manually review and approve businesses before granting access to our ordering system. Once approved, you may create an account and place orders. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.

3. Payment & Fees

  • All payments must be made at the time of order.

  • We accept payments through Wix Payments and PayPal.

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been processed.

4. Turnaround Time & Delivery

  • Standard processing time is 1-2 business days.

  • Completed files will be delivered electronically through your account.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by submission of low-quality or obstructed images.

5. Intellectual Property

  • By submitting ultrasound images, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and modify them.

  • Vivid Reveal 8K retains ownership of all enhanced image processing techniques but not the original images provided by clients.

6. Restrictions

  • Our services may not be resold or used for consumer-facing applications without our prior consent.

  • You may not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vivid Reveal 8K is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, business interruptions, or errors in image enhancement.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy, outlined below, explains how we handle your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
